Shipping & Returns

Shipping

It is important to ensure that your delivery address is up to date and correct.

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of cleared payment. If there is any delay in shipping your orders (for example, due to public holidays and busy seasons), we will notify you as soon as we can and keep you updated.

Domestic/Australian orders: All orders are shipped via regular post service. If you’d like your item shipped via express or registered post services, you may contact us regarding the extra postage required.

International orders: Deliveries to the rest of the world may take up to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on their destinations. Tracking is included for all international orders. Please contact us regarding the extra postage required if you prefer to use express or a registered post service. 

In the case your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, a package is only considered by us as “lost in transit” after 42 days from the date of shipping and after this, we will do our best to rectify the situation for you.

However, we cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues, refusals and charges imposed by your country. It is encouraged that you find out about your country’s customs laws and regulations before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

It is of utmost importance to us that you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days after receiving your item. No refund will be issued for items returned in damaged condition. A restocking fee will be issued for all returned items: 

20% for items returned in unused, unopened, resalable and original condition. 50% for items returned in opened and used condition. We will issue a refund to you on the following terms:

1. Contact us regarding your intention to get a refund/exchange before returning the item to us.
2. The item must then be returned in unused, unopened, resalable and original condition.
3. Only a full refund of the price of the item purchased will be issued, all other charges such as postage and handling costs will not be refunded. This applies to returned item due to wrong address provided and/or if an item has been refused and returned to us from the customs in unopened, resalable and original condition, without imposing other charges on the seller. 
4. Retain your proof of posting until the returned item has been received and refunded. 

Under the following condition, you will receive a full refund from us that will include the item price and shipping fee:
1. If an order has been sent to you incorrectly without seeking prior agreement, e.g. wrong item.

Please note that all custom orders are not refundable. To request for any refund, you must first get in touch with us regarding your order(s).
